The Meadowmere Resort is now hiring for a Front Desk Associate Full & Part Time. Must be detail oriented, able to work on own and in a team, and must have good communication skills.
The salary is $16/$17/hour

Job Responsibilities include:
• Manage online, phone and in-person room reservations
• Take payment and resolve any payment discrepancies
• Respond to guests' issues and complaints in a friendly, timely manner
• Explain local amenities and attractions to guests
• Work with other staff members to ensure that all guest rooms meet hotel standards and accommodate any special guest needs
• Keep workstations and equipment clean, organized, and in good working order
• Other duties as assigned
