The Union Bluff Hotel is looking for a Front Desk Associate - Full Time. Must be detail oriented, able to work on own and in a team, and must have good communication skills. Full time hours available. Flexibility is a must.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage online, phone and in-person room reservations
• Welcome guests, check them in/out, distribute room keys
• Take payment and resolve any payment discrepancies
• Post charges to appropriate account
• Communicate with guests and ensuring their needs are met in a friendly, timely manner
• Explain Hotel and local amenities as well as local attractions to guests
• Maintain professionalism and keep the Front Desk and lobby area clean at all times
• Assist with not only Front Desk duties, but all other requested areas as well; cross training is provided
• Able to stand for long periods of time
