We have exciting year round or seasonal opportunities for a customer focused, creative and passionate member of our Hotel Front Desk Team, with strong communication and multi tasking skills.

Hospitality/hotel experience required.

Room Master experience preferred. Must be able to work, varied shifts, flexible schedules, weekends and holidays.

Evening shift will include all Night Audit functions ending at either 9pm 10pm .

Essential Duties:

To understand and respond to all guest needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.

To follow all specified procedures and satisfactorily assist in the daily affairs of the Front Desk, including registering guests, reservations, processing adjustments and check outs, answering telephones, handling cash, credit and check cashing transactions, filing room keys, handling mail and messages for guests, transferring all necessary information to the next shift, and completing all daily reports and tasks listed on Daily Checklists.

To be completely familiar with all hotel information necessary to increase revenues and enhance guest satisfaction.

To assist , as required to satisfactorily resolve all guest issues and problems, referring to Management as needed.

To assist Front Desk Team to properly balance and complete all daily documentation, including all Night Audit functions.

To perform other tasks, including cross training, as directed.
