```Duties```
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Floor Care Technician to join our team. As a Floor Care Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and cleaning various types of flooring surfaces in commercial and industrial settings. Your attention to detail and knowledge of Floor Care techniques will ensure that our clients' floors are clean, safe, and presentable.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine floor cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Operate Floor Care equipment including buffers, scrubbers, and carpet cleaners
- Strip, seal, wax, and buff hard surface floors
- Shampoo and extract carpets using appropriate cleaning solutions
- Identify and report any maintenance or repair needs for flooring surfaces
- Follow safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment when necessary
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment

Skills:
- Experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services
- Knowledge of Floor Care techniques including buffing, stripping, waxing, and carpet cleaning
- Ability to operate Floor Care equipment effectively and safely
- Attention to detail to ensure high-quality cleaning results
- Strong time management skills to complete tasks efficiently
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
