Office Supervisor

Royal Publishing, the Nation's leader in high school sports programs, is looking for an Office Supervisor. We are looking for an organized individual to assist the manager and sales staff of approximately 10-15 people in our fast paced and deadline -oriented environment. Must be able to proof and recognize spelling and grammatical errors, be able to multi-task and have a great eye for detail. Must be able to work at our office located at 311 E. Main St, Galesburg, IL.

Responsibilities Include:

-Basic computer usage

-Opening/Closing of the Office

-Help run Sales Contest

-Verifying ad copy

-Office cleaning

-Copying, faxing and emailing

-Able to climb a ladder and be on your feet for periods of time
