Pay Range: $60,000 - $70,000 annually DOE

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support the office staff responsible for scheduling, dispatching, and administrative tasks related to HVAC installation projects.
- Coordinate with the installation team to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Review project schedules and allocate resources accordingly to meet deadlines and customer requirements.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner, resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of installation projects, including job costing, invoicing, and inventory management.
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for installation teams.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and customer service.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in office administration, preferably in the HVAC or construction industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers, installation teams, and management.
- Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office suite and HVAC-specific software (e.g., ServiceTitan).
- Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and supervise a team.
