REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

· High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent

· Successful completion of Microsoft Office Suite online assessment tests administered under the direction of the Human Resources

· Five (5) years of progressively responsible office experience or training or an equivalent combination of both

· Computer experience

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES

Payroll for the Safety and Security Department is the primary responsibility.

1. *Operate specialized equipment or computer software on an advanced level.

2. *Enter, compile and maintain computer files, data, and information in the designated format and submit in report form, including initiation of data/ records as needed.

3. *Collect, record, analyze, and tabulate computer data and document records, make recommendations or predictions based on findings or interpretation in report form as directed, including development of report format as needed.

4. *Collect, receipt and deposit money as directed, including monitoring reconciliation.

5. *Coordinate and monitor work activities as directed. Direct resources as authorized.

6. *Answer and route telephone calls and provide interpretive information as directed.

Perform other related duties as assigned by the designated supervisor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.50 - $16.82 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
