Position Title: Office Specialist II
Location: San Jose, CA 95118.
Duration: 960 Hours
Work Schedule: Fulltime
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
- Provides Customer Service to District employees for Fleet Operations Manage office phones Email correspondence Motor Pool Operations: setup vehicle reservations via phone, email and walk-in. Che-in vehicle inspections.
- Coordinate vehicle car wash services. Records data input using Maximo records management software.
- Mail pick up and distribution. Document scanning, filing and reproduction.
- General data input into varied systems. Administrative office tasks.

- Familiar with standard office equipment, including Microsoft office and VoIP phone/voicemail.
