Office Secretary
Duties: BI-LINGUAL A MUST
- Perform general clerical duties, including but not limited to answering phone calls, taking messages, and handling correspondence.
- Manage office supplies and inventory.
- Assist with order entry and processing.
- Maintain filing systems and ensure proper documentation and record keeping.
- Provide administrative support to office staff as required.
Skills:
- Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Calendar).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus.
- Previous experience working in a medical or dental office is preferred.
