Office Nurse

Full-time Office Nurse / RN in Primary Care- Spanish Speaking strongly preferred. Beautiful newly renovated clinic overlooking the Merrimack River.

As an Office Nurse (RN) you will be responsible for providing clinical and administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the medical office. You will support doctors and patients through a variety of tasks related to patient care management, organization and communication. Position is in Primary Care.

Physician Practice Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

• Triage and interpret patient information and make critical decisions about needed actions. Provides clinical guidance to non-clinical staff members regarding patients.
• Offers advice of medication and home health to patients/family after exam or minor procedures in office.
• Assist in preparing patients for routine diagnostic procedures and performing screening test (urine dipstick, pregnancy test, rapid strep).
• Administer medication and vaccinations, dress wounds, assist with minor surgeries at providers discretion.
• Coordinates care, in collaboration with a wide array of healthcare professionals.
• Submits documentation in a timely, accurate, legible and concise manner

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.30 - $51.92 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
