Office Manager
We are seeking a customer service oriented, full-time Office Manager to provide our wonderful patients with outstanding service.
Management Duties
- Manage day to day operations of this location
- Oversee a staff of 3-4 employee
- Collaborate with managers, team members, and doctors from other office locations.
- Create and maintain a pleasant work environment while promoting efficiency, communication, and organization
- Ensure office provides exemplary customer service
- Manage insurance claims- ensure claims are submitted in a timely manner and follow-up on unpaid claims
- Track office metrics and motivate staff to achieve goals
- Manage office correspondence and inquiries from patients and vendors
Teamwork duties consist of:
- Act as a backup to all departments during high-volume or employee absence
- Assist front desk by answering phones & scheduling patients
- Assist with working up patients or scribing for the doctor when needed
- Assist with glasses & contact lens sales, completing transactions & collecting copays.
Qualifications:
- Customer service orientated
- Previous management experience preferred
- Problem solving & critical thinking skills
- Great attention to detail
- Have a positive attitude, adaptable, warm, caring, and extroverted personality
- A self-starter in learning and working
- Have confidence, poise, motivation, and enthusiasm
- Knowledgeable with computers, social media, information technology, and internet savvy.
