Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
- Manage and supervise office staff
-Payroll
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to maintain a productive work environment
- Coordinate and schedule appointments
-Organize and present treatment plans to patients
-Filing and following up with insurance claims
-Oversee lab cases
- Maintain accurate records and files, both electronic and physical
- Manage office supplies inventory and order necessary items as needed
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Serve as a liaison between staff members and patients
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
Skills:
- Experience preferred but willing to train
- Strong background in customer service
- Familiarity with some dental software but willing to train (Open Dental)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
