Job Description:
As an Office Manager and Proposal Writer at Get Smart Cleaning Services, you will be at the heart of our operations and growth strategy. This multifaceted role requires a candidate who is not only adept at creating compelling proposals but also excels in office organization and demonstrates flexibility with their schedule to meet the dynamic needs of our business. You will gather information, draft and format proposals according to our company guidelines, and manage the approval process. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office, organizing schedules, and adapting to changing priorities to support our team effectively.
Typical Duties and Responsibilities:
Efficiently organize and manage the office environment to support team productivity.
Show flexibility in adjusting your schedule to accommodate varying business needs and project deadlines.
Attend kickoff meetings to establish project scope and requirements.
Assist in creating project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met with high-quality outputs.
Conduct thorough research to compile necessary information for proposals.
Edit and refine documents for accuracy, clarity, and persuasiveness.
Incorporate feedback and revisions into proposal documents as needed.
Work closely with graphic designers to ensure proposals are visually appealing.
Present finalized proposals to potential investors and business partners, showcasing our services and capabilities.
Education and Experience:
A Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, English, Mass Communications, or a related field is required.
A minimum of 2 to 3 years of proven experience in an administrative role, with a preference for backgrounds in the cleaning service industry.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to effectively multitask and prioritize.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to adhere to our brand’s voice, tone, and style guidelines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Experience working in an administrative capacity within the cleaning service sector is highly valued.
A flexible approach to work hours, demonstrating readiness to adjust schedules as needed to meet project demands and office requirements.
