Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Manager. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and productivity. This is a key role that requires excellent organizational skills, strong leadership abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively. The candidate must have experience running a psychiatric practice and good customer service skills.
Duties:
- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
- Develop and implement training programs for new employees
- Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance and support as needed
- Oversee vendor relationships and negotiate contracts as necessary
- Handle front desk duties such as greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and responding to emails
- Maintain organized filing systems and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
- Assist with budgeting and financial management tasks
- Coordinate office renovations or relocations as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in calendar management and event planning
- Experience in training development and conducting employee orientations
- Ability to supervise and manage a team effectively
- Familiarity with vendor management processes
- Knowledge of front desk operations and phone etiquette
- Strong clerical skills, including data entry and record keeping
