Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to join our team. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, managing administrative tasks, and providing support to our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle correspondence
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Assist with payroll processing and maintain employee records
- Oversee training and development programs for new hires
- Manage office budget and expenses
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Provide administrative support to executives as needed
Experience:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role
- Proficient in using phone systems, copiers, printers, and other office equipment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in team management and supervision
- Knowledge of medical office management is a plus
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is preferred
