ABOUT THE ROLE
Our team creates genuine relationships with candidates in all areas of Domestic Hospitality. Personal Assistants, Estate/House Managers, Private Chefs, and everything in between, we work with the intention of matching these candidates to job opportunities within our client base of High Profile and High Net Worth Individuals.
The Domestic Staffing Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process and building/maintaining strong relationships with our Clients and Candidates while exercising the utmost discretion and competency.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 2+ years in Domestic Hospitality and/or 2+ years of Recruiting experience for Domestic Hospitality
- Experience within the industry is plus, i.e. Executive Assistant, House/Estate Manager, Nanny for UHNWI
- Strong interpersonal skills and high level of emotional intelligence
- Excellent verbal and written communication to effectively communicate with internal stakeholders, clients and candidates
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field a plus
