Founded in 2015, OsteoCentric collaborates with design surgeons to leverage Mechanical Integration Technology (UnifiMI) across orthopedics and dental. UnifiMI mechanically integrates with bone to provide instant and long lasting multi-axial stability and load sharing in normal, compromised, and osteoporotic bone.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to join our dynamic team at OsteoCentric Technologies. As the Office Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office, facilitating seamless communication between various departments, and maintaining an efficient and professional working environment. The right candidate will possess excellent logistical, administrative, and interpersonal skills to support our commitment to delivering innovative medical solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Office Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the office and ensure it runs efficiently, coordinate with various departments to promote seamless workflow and interdepartmental collaboration, and maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to executive management, including scheduling meetings and interviews, managing calendars, and handling correspondence, prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations as required, and assist with travel arrangements and accommodations for team members and visiting clients or stakeholders.
  • Facility and Vendor Management: Liaise with building management and vendors to ensure the office space is well-maintained and safe for employees and visitors, coordinate with vendors for services such as cleaning, maintenance, and office equipment repairs, oversee office security and access control systems, and coordinate logistics for lab site visits including travel, meals, and lodging.
  • Medical Lab Management: Demonstrate ownership of all lab related activities including but not limited to: coordinating logistics for customer site visits including travel, meals, and lodging, assisting with and coordinating medical lab demonstrations, ordering Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), medical supplies and maintaining appropriate inventory levels, ordering cadaveric specimens for lab use, and maintaining a clean and sanitary lab environment.
  • Financial Management: Collaborate with the finance department to process invoices and expense reports and keep track of office budget and expenses, reporting any discrepancies to management.
  • Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the office premises and implement and maintain safety protocols, including emergency evacuation plans.
  • Communication and Coordination: Facilitate effective communication among employees and departments and act as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications and Requirements

● Experience/Education:

○ Minimum of one (1) year of relevant administrative experience

○ Associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field highly preferred, or

○ Equivalent combination of education and experience.

● Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail.

● Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with diverse stakeholders.

● Proficiency in office management software and tools (e.g., MS Office Suite, collaboration platforms).

● Ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and adapt to changing priorities.

● Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance standards a plus.

Compensation

Compensation: $65,000 - $80,000+/year and is commensurate with experience.
