Job responsibilities: The Office Manager performs a variety of administrative and clerical duties related to human resources and administration.
Essential functions:
Maintain up to date personnel files and manage sensitive information.
Assist supervisors, managers, and directors with administrative duties.
Conduct audits when appropriate.
Prepare and administer reports.
Education and Experience Requirements:
High school diploma or GED.
Two years of human resources, administrative or related experience required.
Must be computer proficient and knowledgeable in business correspondence, including writing, spelling, grammar, and appropriate formats, and possess strong interpersonal communication skills.
A valid Texas driver license with an acceptable driving record is required, unless waived by management.
