Dallien is a boutique real estate company that offers a full suite of advisory services including, developer consulting and representation, comparative market analysis, real estate optimization and traditional apartment and condo selection. We are in search of an Office Manager who will oversee everyday office needs, provide assistance to the executive team and agents alike, and be a vital team player within a growing organization. The position will be full-time and in-person at our Fifth Avenue office in Manhattan.
About the role:
The Office Manager will have real estate related roles in overseeing day-to-day agent management & support, managing online listings, participating in marketing/business development efforts, and will assist the company in recruiting, hiring and training agents. Administrative duties will include answering calls, invoicing, liaising with and assisting the executive team, email and infrastructure support, etc.
About you:
You have experience in real estate and real estate agency. The ideal candidate for this role has recent experience as an agent or broker themselves and is excited by the opportunity for the stability of a salaried office role that offers benefits (healthcare, dental and vision) and more traditional hours.
The ability to communicate comfortably and effectively via email/phone is an absolute necessity. The role will be best suited for someone who is organized, successful at multi-tasking and able to be both procedural and creative, depending on the task at hand.
Qualities that will best serve the position:
- Familiarity of the process of renting, buying and selling in New York City
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events
- Provide regular updates to marketing materials and listings are imperative to maintain relevance on active listings
- Perform as a resource for agents and all thier real estate transactions
- Serve as a pivotal resource for agents, offering support and guidance throughout all phases of their real estate transactions
- Understanding of the market factors that affect the New York City real estate market
- Open to a role where agents occasionally look to you for coaching and assistance
- Knowledge of office management systems and processes (Microsoft Word, Excel, copying/scanning etc)
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong organizational and data entry skills
- Openness to taking initiative and working independently on your duties alongside our small, boutique-office team
