- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the business, reply to client emails and manage our booking system.

- Handle payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payment to employees
- Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, equipment, and services
- Assist in event planning and coordination, such as meetings or conferences
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments

This position requires a highly organized individual with strong clerical skills and basic computer knowledge. Website updated will be needed In addition to clerical work. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office, handling payroll processing, organizing files, coordinating with vendors, assisting in event planning, and managing calendars.
