We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to join our team. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office and ensuring its smooth functioning. This is a key role that requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively.

- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
- Assist with calendar management for executives and team members
- Handle AP and AR
- Handle vendor management, including ordering supplies and managing relationships
- Oversee office budgets and expenses
- Maintain office policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
```Qualifications```
- Proven experience in an office management or administrative role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with ProCore or other accounting software is a plus
- Familiarity with phone systems and other office equipment
- Ability to supervise and provide guidance to administrative staff
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
