Job Description
Our client is currently seeking an Office Manager Bookkeeper to join their team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company.
Responsibilities:
- Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
- Compute and record numerical data
- Check the accuracy of business transactions
- Perform data entry and administrative duties
- Other responsibilities include A/R, A/P, payroll, bank recs, credit applications for customers and vendors, filing, ordering supplies, new employment hires, etc.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
- Extensive knowledge of Quickbooks Desktop is necessary
- Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
