Office Manager Bookkeeper

Our client is currently seeking ​an Office Manager Bookkeeper to join their team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company.

Responsibilities:

• Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
• Compute and record numerical data
• Check the accuracy of business transactions
• Perform data entry and administrative duties
• Other responsibilities include A/R, A/P, payroll, bank recs, credit applications for customers and vendors, filing, ordering supplies, new employment hires, etc.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
• Extensive knowledge of Quickbooks Desktop is necessary
• Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Strong organizational skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
