Plantation Preserve Golf Course & Club in Plantation, FL is looking for one operations manager to join our 86 person strong team. We are located on 7050 W Broward Blvd. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and engaged.

Responsibilities

• Assist/Support the Golf, Food & Beverage and Maintenance Operations
• Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments
• Maintain a positive and efficient working environment
• Process Memberships
• Maintain Social Media Outlets for the Golf Course Operations
• Manage employee HR records and new hire orientation
• Preform tasks as outlined by the General Manager

Qualifications

• Experience in a managerial role
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to delegate effectively
• Great written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Familiarity with computer systems and software such as Excel, PowerPoint etc..
• Flexibility to Assist with Events/Tournaments

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $20.00/hour.
