It is a must that this person has a passion to help others grow. This Office Coordinator position is for a small Wholistic Health and Chiropractic Office in West Chester Pa.
The Office Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day to day operations of our office, with an added focus on basic accounting tasks.
This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task effectively, and a proactive approach to problem solving. The ideal candidate will throve in a fast-paced environment and be able to prioritize tasks efficiently while also assisting with basic accounting functions.

Duties and Responsibilities-
* Liaison between CEO and team
* Responsible to learn and know the ins and outs of each admin department
* Responsible to train team to be successful in their departments
* Responsible to oversee all job input, data entry and statistics
* Oversees production of each Department
* Coordinates and participates in Internal and External promotion
* Responsible to run team meetings and trainings
* Responsible to make sure the weekly deposits are made
* Coordinate any assistance needed with outside sales and/or technicians needed to solve issue
* Works directly with the Front Desk Coordinator or Financial Coordinator as needed to take care of customer questions and issues for resolution
* Coordinate all computer, software and phone issues with IT
* Manage all office supplies inventory and order necessary items in a timely manner
* Works directly with Human Resources on all employee issues; hiring, onboarding, paperwork, training, benefits, and awards
* Is receptive to feedback, willing to learn, and embrace continuous improvement
* Helpful, respectful, approachable and team oriented; building strong working relationships and maintaining a positive work environment
* Performs other duties as assigned
Full time- salary and hourly wages negotiable depending on experience and pace of learning all aspects of the business

Hours-
Monday- 7:15 a.m.- 1:00pm; 1:45-6pm
Tuesday- 11-5:30pm
Wednesday & Thursday- 7:15 am-12:15; 1:45-6pm
