Small house painting company is looking for an Office Manager to take responsibility for some of the company’s administrative duties. Candidate must have a minimum of two years of experience working for a similar type of construction trade-oriented business.

We anticipate that the person who fills this opening will help to define the role and duties.
The position is part-time, about 20 hours per week to start. We expect this position to become a full-time position in approximately 6 months.
Candidate must be able to communicate well with the owner, customers, and employees.
Responsibilities:
Filing and record-keeping
Contacting customers and employees by email and phone and in person
Assisting in the creation of training materials and other company documents
General administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Docs
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
