12 Hour Shifts: Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, West Valley, Phoenix, Cave Creek, Carefree

Shorter shifts also available.

The Private Duty LPN is responsible for:

• Assisting in planning for the patient’s care under the direction of the RN Clinical Manager.
• Providing skilled nursing care as prescribed by the physician and directed by RN and as described in the care plan.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 1-year nursing experience
• Current LPN license in good standing
• Current CPR, Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Current AZ Driver's License and Auto Insurance
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to perform the duties of the position
