Esquire Association Management, LLC is seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to join our team. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring efficiency, productivity and creativity in problem solving. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office management, payroll, team management and software/technology. Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask are essential for success in this role, as is the importance of establishing a welcoming office environment and a "work family" oriented culture.
```Duties```
- Oversee office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executive staff
- Process payroll and maintain accurate records of employee attendance and leave
- Assist with human resources tasks such as onboarding new employees and managing employee benefits
- Plan and coordinate office events, including meetings, conferences, and team-building activities
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
- Oversee and quickly develop expertise in all information technology systems including VOIP, management software, collection software and portal related software
```Experience```
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes and procedures
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with team members at all levels
- Experience in managing and maintaining software systems is a significant plus, experience with CINC software (homeowner and condominium association management) is welcomed

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
