Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Manager, Book-keeper, Customer Service Rep, and Order Entry Administrator. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development. Some knowledge with Quickbooks would be helpful but not essential.
Duties:
- Enter orders and issue invoices and order acknowledgments
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Enter vendor invoices
- Accounts Receivable administration
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks
- Administer basic human resources function and enter payroll
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software is preferred
- Familiarity with clerical procedures and basic bookkeeping
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure
