Responsibilities:
- Payroll Management on ADP:
- Handle end-to-end payroll processing using ADP software.
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll submissions, including tax compliance.
- Address any payroll-related inquiries or discrepancies.
- Timekeeping and Attendance:
- Maintain meticulous records of employee hours.
- Oversee timekeeping systems to ensure accuracy.
- Implement and monitor attendance policies.
- Customer Service Oversight:
- Oversee the customer service team and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Contract Management:
- Assist in the preparation, review, and management of contracts.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Work closely with legal and project teams to facilitate contract negotiations.
- Client Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for clients, maintaining positive relationships.
- Address client inquiries and concerns, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support client retention.
Monday - Friday
9am-6pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.14 per hour
