Salary- Scheduling caregivers for homecare assignments and are personally responsible that all shifts are covered by caregivers
- making sure that caregivers are clocking ib and out on time and completing all the assigned tasks.
- conducting home supervision visits and manages caregivers to achieve an acceptable level of patient/client satisfaction.
- follow up immediately with new and prospective clients
- set up service for transitioning clients
- handle leads and sales
- be responsible for all client surveys and documents
- keep all managers informed of new and prospective clients and the changes
Applicants MUST have
- Two year plus supervisory experience in home care
- Indepth knowledge of health care industry software such as Sandata,wellsky etc.
- Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office(Word,Excel and Outlook)
- Ability to listen and communicate clearly,fluently and diplomatic.
- Ability to plan,organize,prioritize,delegate and accurately follow through in work activities with time constraints and interruptions to meet deadlines as well as work independently with little or no supervision.
- Ability to lawfully in the US.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
