We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, managing a team, and ensuring smooth and efficient office functioning. This is a key leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
```Responsibilities```
- Manage and supervise office staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Coordinate and oversee office activities, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars
- Handle employee inquiries and provide necessary support
- Oversee budgeting and financial management for the office
```Qualifications```
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using office software applications (e.g., Open Dental software)
- Knowledge of phone systems and front desk operations
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 18 – 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to Relocate:
- Reston, VA 20191: Relocate before starting work (Required)
