Hello! Welcome to our job posting here on beautiful indeed. We are a small, residential service based electrical company. We are growing and looking to add our first Office Manager to our team. This position will be a few different hats, as this is the one and only Office Manager to support our team of technicians. Tasks will include: answering customer calls, scheduling jobs, dispatching technicians, general office admin, keeping timesheets up to date, and other various duties. Previous experience with the software Service Titan would be a plus. If you are interested let me know and we can set up an interview! This is an in-person job at our San Rafael location, hours are 7:30-4pm M-F.
