We are looking for an Office Manager to add to our versatile team. This key opportunity will be influential in impacting the overall efficiency of the organization and championing our culture. Our Office Manager needs to be flexible with a self-starting drive and passion for achieving goals.

In addition to strong organizational and interpersonal skills, the ideal candidate must demonstrate:

·         The capacity to gracefully shift priorities and activities with minimal personal resistance,

·         An ability to listen to others thoroughly and make decisions quickly,

·         An awareness to identify when and where processes should be created to provide more predictable outcomes, and the ability to design and implement those processes,

·         Strong self-management, planning and organization skills to balance workload and conflicting priorities,

·         Good judgment and strong critical thinking skills, and

·         The ability to produce high quality work with accuracy.

The candidate will need to embrace the concept of being accountable and understand what is necessary to accomplish the work.  A proven record of bookkeeping and owning the administrative processes is a requirement.
