The Office Coordinator is based in our Ocala office and is the primary support for managing the Spring Hill office in its entirety.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Keep up to date on deadlines for all document and information requested
· Consistently checking and responding to texts, emails, and Teams notifications throughout the day.
· Keep track of updates about all changes to schedules, vacations, deaths, hospitalizations, etc. as they happen and inform the QN office on Teams.
· Clock caregivers in/out and confirm visits, verifying that schedule is accurate in the system
· Ensure EVV data is entered and confirmed in system on time
· Meet each week with the Alternate Administrator and Relationship Manager to review the following weeks schedule and confirm last week’s visits
· Communicate with active caregivers that are working in SpringHill and update them on available cases and coverages.
· Meet with the Payroll Coordinator weekly to ensure accurate records of hours are being kept and payroll is not being affected.
IT DUTIES:
· Computer checks - Check for any alerts
· IT Check-ins
o Confirm with IT Supervisor that there are no open tickets or issues in the Spring Hill Office
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
· Must be a team player

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
· Minimum of 2 years of office administration and scheduling experience required.
· High School Diploma required
· Bi-lingual preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
