This position will be responsible for creating a positive first impression for the company as the office's receptionist. The Office Coordinator role will provide internal support, deliver excellent service to clients and visitors, and execute other projects based on the needs of the office location.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as the office's receptionist, fulfilling the following related duties:
- Welcoming and directing visitors
- Relaying incoming and outgoing phone calls, faxes, and emails to the appropriate people
- Processing all incoming and outgoing mail
- Perform additional miscellaneous office duties
- Assist with processing client information as necessary
- Support with internal event logistics
- Support the team with execution of projects including but not limited to: creating marketing materials, preparing proposals, event coordination, and other general client-related support
SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITES:
- Perform miscellaneous projects and complete various tasks as requested by management
Requirements
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
- High school degree or equivalent is required
- Prior experience in Office Coordinator or Receptionist role preferred, but not required
