We are looking to add a reliable, upbeat, organized, and customer focused Office Administrator to our team.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule installation appointments
- Organize and input installs
- Warehouse management
- Assist customers in showroom and over the phone
- Provide administrative support to each department
- Cross train into all areas of office administration work
- General data entry
- Participate in community outreach
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma
- Two-year degree preferred but not required
- Prior customer service experience
- Excellent communication, both verbal and written
- Motivated self-starter
- Great organization
- Ability to prioritize and be flexible in a fast paced environment
- Basic computer skills
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
