KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Punctually and efficiently answering telephone calls and greet visitors in a friendly, cheerful, and professional manner treating each person as our only customer.
- Seeing to visitors’ comfort while they wait for their party and use every means available to inform that party of their visitors’ presence.
- Assist with and act as support to plant scheduler and logistics coordinator
- Promotes office safety by adhering to visitor and guest policies
- Receives and sorts incoming mail and packages and alerts staff members that their items have arrived.
- May assist in organizing and arranging travel as needed
- Update, plan, organize and coordinate company events and meetings for managers as needed
- Perform other administrative tasks as directed by other leaders such as sorting paychecks, filing, typing, data entry, distributing memos, reports and correspondence,
- Answer routine employment inquiries from applicants regarding job openings. Assist with applicant software applications and job postings on the internal facility communication boards.
- Perform administrative support as it relates to safety and employee activity meetings; typing minutes, coordinating meetings and logistics
- Assist in ordering company / department lunches
- Ability to handle complex and confidential information with discretion
- Follows established company policies and procedures.
- Maintain clean and safe reception area; keep it tidy at all times
- Manage vendor relations with Coffee/Food vendors
- Order flowers/plants for special events

- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- (5+) years of related administrative experience
- (5+) years customer service experience
- Associates degree preferred
- Experience working and balancing a busy multi-line phone system and greeting guests
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Access
- Communication - strong verbal & written
- Prioritizing multiple projects and requests
- Organized & Detail Oriented
PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Standard office environment
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds
- Ability to occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, reach
- Ability to work extended hours sitting at a computer
