4 Oaks Physical Therapy (powered by PT Solutions) is seeking a dynamic individual that wants to exert their time management and organizational skills to help grow our Bowie, MD Clinic.
Overview
As the Office Coordinator, you should be able to use the aforementioned skills, coupled with a personable and compassionate personality, to provide timely services to patients while managing the day to day operations of the clinic.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the practice while maintaining a professional and friendly environment
- Schedule and coordinate patient appointments based upon plan of care, patient satisfaction, and clinic efficiency
- Maintains office policies, procedures, and daily work flow
- Scan all necessary documents and patient paperwork
- Patient benefit and eligibility verification
- Request for authorization and reauthorization for Commercial, Work Comp, and MVA patients utilizing the appropriate supporting documents
- Daily follow up on authorization requests including reports for authorization compliance
- Answer phones and work with patient and therapist on necessary elements of patient care
- Liaise with doctors, nurses and insurance companies
- Supervise office staff
- Generate inventory records
Skills
- Proven work experience of duties medical office manager performs
- Knowledge of data and administrative processes and principles
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multi-task and perform well in possibly stressful situations
- Communication skills and a customer service orientation
- Microsoft Office Knowledge

Hours
- Monday and Tuesday 11:00am - 7:00pm, Wednesday - Friday 7:00am - 3:00pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
