Physical Therapy Office - Administrative Coordinator

FX Physical Therapy is committed to providing exceptional customer service to each and every patient. The Physical Therapy Administrative/Office Coordinator is a direct representation of FX and is expected to provide an unparalleled customer service experience.

The Physical Therapy Administrative/Office Coordinator is responsible for working closely with the Physical Therapists and Clinic Assistants by managing the day to day operations and catering to the needs of our patients. All employees must model the FX brand by showing passion, creativity, quality and efficiently complete all tasks assigned while achieving goals of the team.

Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Manage all front office operations to ensure a smooth workflow for the clinic
• Properly collecting patient copays, deductibles and/or past due amounts in POS system
• General knowledge and ability to verify insurance benefits for all new patients as well as submitting requests for pre-authorizations
• Responsible for the overall flow of the clinic as well as training, scheduling, and reviewing the progress of Clinic Assistants
• Appropriately scheduling patients
• Ensuring that the clinic is kept clean, neat and organized
• Must demonstrate professionalism with patients & employee interactions, appearance as an FX professional as well as your attitude at all times
• Reliable & takes initiative to complete tasks and protocol accurately and thoroughly
• General knowledge of FX Physical Therapy services

Experience & Qualifications

• Preferred knowledge and interest of Physical Therapy field but not required
• Must have experience and knowledge of verifying insurance benefits

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
