Job Description: David A. Gallo & Associates LLP, established in 1986, is seeking for an Office Coordinator to work in our midsized Law Firm in Manhasset, NY., steps from the Manhasset train station.
We are looking for bright, enthusiastic, self-motivated individuals, who will bring a strong work ethic and eagerness to grow. The employee will work under the supervision of the law firm partners and Chief Financial Officer
Responsibilities:
· Administrative support such as answering incoming calls and receptionist duties
· Mail duties including outgoing and intake
· Assist with accounting items such as check printing and deposits
· Handle communication with clients and staff
· Participate in certain HR duties including monitoring of employee clock systems, on -boarding new employees and ordering office supplies
· Certain legal secretarial tasks including document production and revisions
· Support daily law firm operations alongside attorneys and management

· Computer literacy
· Excellent organizational and writing skills Ability to multi-task and work under pressure Comfortable with learning on the job Detailed oriented
