Job Summary
The first point of contact with the customer. Will act as a liaison with the customer and team to create an excellent experience for the customer. Schedules repairs, rentals, coordinates with insurance companies, receives payment and follows up with accounts receivables.

- Closes Repair Orders in Management System
- Schedules Rentals
- Payment receipts
- A/R Follow up
- Customer delivery
- Monthly Reporting

- Strong interpersonal Skills

- Demonstrated commitment to continued learning
- Enjoys working in a team environment
- 1 Year of Customer Service required
- Valid Driver’s License required
