Office Admin / Accounting Clerk

We are looking for someone to cover our front desk. This person will greet customers, answer the phone, support management with administrative duties and assist our accounting department with basic Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable tasks as assigned. Accounting duties will include daily cash reconciliation, coding and paying credit cards, matching inventory receivers, posting vendor invoices and following up with past due customer accounts.

We are looking for someone who can quickly learn these tasks and complete them each month on their own and without supervision. The ideal candidate will have extensive data entry experience and at least 2 years of bookkeeping experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
