We're seeking a motivated and organized individual to support our Traffic Department. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring smooth outbound shipments.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Traffic Department with administrative tasks related to scheduled outbound shipments.
- Ensure accuracy of information in DLX and the jockey sheet.
- Generate daily reports and maintain shipment filing systems.
- Assist with various warehouse functions as needed.
Qualifications:
- Must-Haves:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Flexible work schedule availability.
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills with a proactive approach.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Plusses (Nice to Haves):
- Experience in warehouse operations, shipping & receiving, or transportation planning.
- Familiarity with DLX or other warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Experience with SAP (a plus, but not required).
