We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to work in our medical spa facility. The ideal candidate will have a background in customer service and enjoy working in a fast-paced office environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering the phones and text messages, greeting patients, scheduling appointments and assisting with daily tasks to open and or close the office. We are interested in hiring individuals with exceptional communication skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and transfer calls.
- Answer and direct walk in customers to appropriate contacts or locations.
- Answer, screen and forward email; schedule and confirm appointments.
- Screen messages; Create and maintain charting / EMR system system.
- Check-in visitors to the office.
- Maintain inventory
- Scan in Patients Medical Records
- Be able to keep records private
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
