SalaryLooking to fill a clerical position within a structural steel fabrication company. Located in the vicinity of Mount Houston & 59 North (77016), Mon-Fri, 730am to 4pm with 30 mins for lunch.
No experience required.
Some of the duties to include the following (but not limited to):
Screen and direct all incoming calls via multi-line telephone.
Receive/distribute packages (remove any and all packing slips).
Typing: job information sheets, transmittals, job folder labels, etc.
Make photocopies, scan, print, staple (this includes printing out drawings as large as 24” x 36”). This task will also require lifting rolls of paper for use in the “plotter” and also changing any toners (ink cartridges) and calling/emailing for machine maintenance.
Creating, maintaining and updating the project filing systems on the computer and in the file cabinet(s)
Keep up with the job logs
Send submittals (drawings/pdf files) for approval via email or hard copies
Mail: Matching invoices with purchase orders/packing slips. This includes printing invoices from emails and saving files to job folders.
Provide support to others within the company, when able.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
