Poultney Elementary School is a positive, collaborative community focusing on the needs of our students. We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team. As an Office Clerk, you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This is a vital role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Duties include, but may not be limited to:

• Cover the office.
• Greet visitors.
• Answer the phone.
• Receive and distribute the mail.
• Check in supplies.
• Morning attendance and phone calls
• General office organization as needed
• Support the School Secretary and Principal

`This position is 3 hours a day, Monday - Friday.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week

• Monday to Friday
