Your New Role as the Office Clerk:
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Schedule appointments
- Greet and assist onsite guests.
- Answer inbound telephone calls.
- Maintain existing filing systems.
- Manage Accounts Receivable and Payable with Deposit Responsibilities
- Occasional Sales duties as a backup to sales staff
- Work with sales representatives and customers to answer questions and direct help.
- Perform all other office tasks.
