Responsibilities
- Mail Sorting and Distribution
- Receive, sort and distribute mail and packages to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Package Handling
- Safely handle and log all incoming and outgoing packages.
- Mailroom Organization
- Maintain a clean and organized mailroom, ensuring that supplies such as envelopes, postage and packaging material are well-stocked.
- Reception
- Answer, screen and direct incoming calls to the appropriate personnel or department.
- Customer Service
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries related to mail and packages.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift and move packages of varying weight
