A2Z Staffing is currently seeking an enthusiastic and positive individual for a Clerical Administrative Assistant position with a Paper Recycling Company. This is a Direct-Hire position. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to multiple departments and wear many hats as needed. If you have experience with billing, data entry, bookkeeping, paperwork processing, inventory management, and clerking duties, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with billing, data entry, bookkeeping, and paperwork processing
- Manage inventory and assist with clerking duties for Shipping and Receiving
- Making journal entries
- Use typing, 10-key, computer, and occasional phone skills to complete tasks
- Perform other administrative duties as needed

Requirements:Requirements:
- Experience working in a recycling center office and with cieTrade is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Know the difference between a debit and a credit / know revenues from expenses
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills and a positive disposition
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus)
- Able to be punctual and work when scheduled
