POSITION: Office Support Clerk
LOCATION: Tucson, AZ
STATUS: Part-Time, Non-Exempt
REPORTS TO: Office Manager
Summary: Provides clerical support the Business Office and Sales Team
· Processing refunds and credits for customers in Pinnacle
· Data entry using Pinnacle, QuickBooks, Excel, and Rippling software
· Enters payable data into Quickbooks related to refunds, reimbursements, 1099 payments and other transactions.
· Maintains and updates internal databases using Excel
· Assist in the submission of payroll data in Rippling
· Processes purchased vehicles by entering cost information in Pinnacle
· Processes vehicle titles and delivers them to Motor Vehicle Division (MVD)
· Provides excellent customer service to external and internal customers
Qualifications
High School graduate required with a minimum of 3 years experience in accounting, retail sales, or related customer/client service experience. Must have computer and typing skills with strong use of the Microsoft Office platform. Must have experience working with office equipment, etc.
Physical Requirements
Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Repetitive motion. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.
